Wilde Legal is a boutique litigation and corporate law firm.
We provide corporate legal advice to business owners, directors, accountants and employers to safe guard assets, minimse risk and avoid disputes.
We also represent companies and individuals involved in civil litigation, that is, Court proceedings in any area other than family law and criminal law.

Melanie is our Practice Director. She has an exceptional vision for the direction of our firm, coupled with a phenomenal knowledge of the law, a competitive nature and an absolute commitment to our clients. She is both a trusted in-house counsel and fierce advocate. She is slightly obsessed by penguins and we would not want to work for anyone else.

Sam Purcell
Melanie on Sam:
Sam Purcell is our law clerk. He is in his final year of law school and he combines this incredible raw talent with a disciplined approach to everything he does. Sam runs marathons, competes in A grade cycling and finished in the top ten in his division in the Ironman!
Sam has a natural aptitude for law and with strong technical skills already, he is ahead of the peloton.

Kerry Blayden is our office manager. She is the most thoughtful person I know. She knows our clients and what is happening with their kids and work and she can hear in people's voices when they are stressed. Kerry manages our office and bakes us cupcakes for our birthdays. She has great instincts about people and we all go to her for tempered, experienced advice.
